Where have all the freighters gone?

By Hpanchal on June 28, 2012

NOW THAT AIR CARGO SERVICE IN MOST AREA'S OF
THE WORLD HAS SLOWED DOWN IT IS NOW TIME TO
BRING BACK THE "COMBI B-400M BUILT IN 1993-94.
THE B-400 FREIGHTERS HAD BEEN LED TO PASTURE.
SOMEWHERE. NOW IS THE TIME TO BRING BACK THE
'COMBIS' BUILT BACK IN 1994. THERE IS A REAL NEED
FOR BOEING TO BUILD A NEW B-7400-I-M "COMBI".
I KINDA THINK THAT MOST OF THE B747-400M
"COMBI'S ARE STILL FLYING AROUND. JUST MAY BE
ONE AIRCRAFT WITH PASSENGERS IN UPPER DECK &
CARGO PROVIDING THE TWO SERVICES IS A REAL.
WINNER YES, I DID IT AT GARUDA IN 1995. THIS WAS
BETWEEN LAX & JKT WITH STOPS ENROUTE.
JUST THINK ABOUT IT ONE AND ALL ERNESTO
SCHIMMER THE AIR CARGO JUNKY FOR 60 YEARS
AND STILL MOVING AROUND Ernie Schimmer
