Changi Airport’s airfreight activity picks up

 

More than 140,000 tonnes of cargo passed through Singapore Changi Airport in January, signaling a 2.5 percent increase in airfreight activity from January 2012.

Air shipments picked up prior to the Lunar New Year.

The airport also had a nearly 2 percent increase in passenger activity during the same time period.
