He will leave Swissport on Aug. 31. He will begin his job at Coyne Airways in September and will be based in Dubai, the airline’s hub.

“John has a proven track record in our industry, and we are looking forward to him joining our team,” Coyne Airways CEO and founder Larry Coyne said. “This is an exciting time for Coyne as we look to develop new business strands to our existing operations…Our aim is to carry our successful approach to new areas, and John is the ideal person to take us forward.”
Coyne Airways is building its network and recently launched to new destinations in Africa, working with regional partners to link the Middle East, North America and Europe with Africa.
