The International Air Cargo Association and the International Civil Aviation Organization have agreed to enhance their partnership, a move that follows ICAO Secretary General Raymond Benjamin’s participation in TIACA’s recent Air Cargo Forum. UPS sees Q3 profit declines

Charges related to UPS’ restructured pension plan caused the integrator’s net income to plunge 56.3 percent, year-over-year, to $469 million in the third quarter of 2012.
