The Port of Seattle’s recent announcement that Korea-based Asiana Airlines (pictured above) would be launching freighter service to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is the latest push to boost cargo business at Sea-Tac. Asiana is providing 747-400 freighter service five times a week. The new capacity is another step toward the port’s long-term goal of tripling air cargo volume.
