Ruslan International, which manages Volga Dnepr’s and Antonov Airlines’ combined Antonov An-124 fleets, has completed a series 15 cargo flights to Entebbe, Uganda, on behalf of the Japanese peacekeeping contingent of the United Nations Mission in Sudan.
