Qantas will convert four 737-300 passenger planes to freighters using a conversion kit from Israel Aircraft Industries' Bedek Aviation Group.

Bedeck says the Australian airline will use the maintenance and conversion company's supplemental type certificate and technical support for conversion of the aircraft, which Qantas will use in regional air cargo service.
