Etihad Crystal Cargo, a division of UAE-based Etihad Airways, signed a contract to publish airfreight rates and post important operational announcements to freight forwarders on OAG Cargo Solutions' worldwide cargo portal.

The airline's rapidly growing cargo business added 30 percent to its freighter fleet in 2007 and expanded its cargo terminal in Abu Dhabi to handle more than 270,000 tonnes of freight per year.

Under the agreement, Etihad will use OAG Cargo's Air Freight Rates application and its Inforwarding Announcements service. Etihad joins 505 airlines which publish tariffs on the AFRA Web site for use by freight forwarders. The airlines publish time sensitive operational announcements to over 25,000 registered freight forwarders through the Inforwarding Announcements service

OAG Cargo Solutions is a division of OAG Worldwide Limited, a subsidiary of United Business Media, which also owns Traffic World and Air Cargo World magazines.
