GreenCarrier International, the logistics arm of the Gothenburg-based Björk.Eklund Group, acquired independent Finnish forwarding company Oy FCS Logistics. Oy FCS is an IATA approved forwarder with a global agent network specializing in international air and sea container transport services for high value and time-sensitive goods. When fully integrated, it will provide a foothold for GreenCarrier in the Finnish market for expansion.

The owners of FCS Logistics have the same business philosophy as we have," said Staffan Kjellberg, managing director, GreenCarrier International. "Like other GreenCarrier offices the company is also strong in certain niches. FCS Logistics will play an important role in the GreenCarrier group of companies along the Baltic seafront and the Russian border."
