The VIII Air Cargo Americas Conference & Exhibition scheduled for Oct. 26-28 in Miami has been postponed due to Hurricane Wilma.

Both Miami International Airport and Ft. Lauderdale airports are closed. Power is out and could take as long as 30 days to restore, according to The World Trade Center Miami.

Additionally, the cargo areas around Miami International Airport received substantial damage.

The World Trade Center Miami said the event will be rescheduled at a later date and a notice will be issued as soon as details are finalized.
